Job Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver parcels to customers within assigned routes and timeframes.
- Provide excellent customer service, including friendly and professional interaction with customers during deliveries.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and vehicle maintenance requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver\’s licence.
- Valid work rights.
- Parcel delivery experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying parcels of varying weights.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
