Linehaul Operator

Based from our Port Adelaide site, this position involves both linehaul driving and site duties and encompasses day and night departure times on a diverse roster.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated ability to work both in a team and autonomously and possess a strong work ethic. Company policies and safety regulations will need to be adhered to at all times.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • MC truck license with specific road train experience
  • Forklift license and experience
  • Dangerous goods license
  • Maritime Security Clearance (or willingness to obtain immediately)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in road train operations
  • Proven track record of solid experience in remote driving and long distance haulage
  • Experience in load restraints and transportation of oversize goods
  • Experience with float and general freight work
  • Proven track record of high safety focus
  • Proven track record of maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.

The successful applicant will need to pass the medical requirements for this role and undertake relevant inductions.

It is a prerequisite for the preferred candidate for this role to undergo a criminal background check.
