We are currently seeking experienced

HC & MC Drivers for Local runs out of our Prestons NSW.

(Located just off Jedda Rd M7)

PM SHIFTS

RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Drive vehicle combinations to destinations in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• Load and unload trailer either individually or with the assistance of dockworkers, with or without mechanical freight handling equipment.
• Perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying of freight.
• Inspect truck for defects and safe operating condition before, during and after trips. Submit pre-trip Inspections and if required Vehicle Defect reports on truck and trailing equipment prior to commencing shift
• Ensure that all load documentation (e.g manifest, delivery notes, consignment notes SPA’s shipping orders or freight bills etc.) required to move with freight is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies freight when delivered.
• Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations including work diary daily sheets, records of fuel purchases, mileage records, temperature checks and other records required by the company.

EXPERIENCE  REQUIRED-

• 2 years driving experience.
• Experience with Road Ranger gear boxes.
• Refrigeration experience.

A current copy of your Driving history (RMS) will be required along with your licence.

A Drug & Alcohol screening along with a Pre-Employment medical will be required for the successful applicant prior to employment.
