Schmidt Quarries – Truck & Dog Driver

Job available is for full time position as an experienced truck & dog driver . Truck will be based in Queanbeyan and travel throughout the region.

Successful applicant must have or be willing to obtain Basic Fatigue management accreditation and will be able to adhere to the following criteria.

Essential Criteria:

·           Current HC drivers licence and demonstrated competence in truck operation

.           Must have minimum of 1 year experience driving truck and dogs

.           Must be local to Queanbeyan/Canberra region

·           Demonstrate adequate knowledge of truck capabilities

·           Demonstrate a safe driving record

·           Must be available to work 10-14 hours per day Monday-Friday and Saturdays when required

Desirable Criteria:

·           Accreditation and demonstrated competence in Basic Fatigue Management (BFM)
