HC MC Truck Driver ( Swan Bay Road Transport Pty Ltd )

Job Summary:

Metro deliveries from Port of Brisbane, timber and general, flat top, taught liner, skel. Port work including FC and empty containers. Some Super b work when required.

Small family owned business, currently supplying premium service to our main contractor on the Port of Brisbane. 

Full time ongoing work for the right candidate. Mostly Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday work. Brand new automatic Argosy. Supportive team environment. Require a professional driver with good attitude, problem solving skills and customer service focus.

Duties:

• Drive Prime Mover/s and pull Skel/Flat-top/Tautliner as required By Swan Bay Road Transport and the Primary Contractor/s and Super B trailer as required By Swan Bay Road Transport and Primary Contractor/s
• Complete daily checks of trucks and trailers including all fluid levels
• Report any faults in relevant maintenance book/s
• Keep truck clean both inside and out
• Always perform duties in a professional manner and to a high standard
• Report any issues that may impact the working relationship between Swan Bay Road Transport and the primary contractor/s immediately to Swan Bay Road Transport
• Follow all policies, procedures and protocols of Swan Bay Road Transport, the Primary Contractor/s and any customer of these companies

Good hourly rate, above award. Average 50-60 hours per week.
