Warehouse Store Man
Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Loading & unloading freight & goods of delivery ( must be physically fit as heavy lifting is involved with aids available)
- Ensure freight is well secured
- Experience in sensitive freight
- Maintaining deriving records (e.g. driver logbooks, mileage records & fuel receipts)
- Inspecting / undertaking vehicle checks
- Interacting in a professional, courteous & respectful manner with customers when picking up, delivering & packaging freight, obtaining signatures and providing delivery documentation
- Ensure all POD documentation is signed prior to departing the delivery or pick up site
- Providing a Daily Run Sheet with associated paperwork
- Delivering within the required time frames
- May including some driving to & from pick up / delivery works (all Sydney Metro)
Qualifications / Experience required:
- Valid driver's licence
- Forklift licence would be highly regarded
- strong time management skills
- Sound communication- both verbal & written
- Customer focus IMPORTANT
