Karreman Quarries is a Brisbane based company (Mt Cotton) which supplies quarry products to most of the major infrastructure work in Brisbane. This includes Gateway North Upgrade, Kingsford Smith Drive, the new Brisbane International Airport Runway and precinct, new housing estates in the greater Brisbane area just to name a few.. We are taking delivery of at least one new tr&quad each week. I have the factory order of new trucks taking me up to June 2017.
So we are hiring experienced truck and quad drivers to match the increase of the fleet.
We are Monday to Saturday, drivers are home every night, late model equipment, pay is in the bank every Wednesday, all new starters are on a 3 month probation, new starters are casual at first but are expected to go full time. New starters will do full time hours right from the start. No crawling underneath trucks carrying out repairs or tyre changes, all you do is keep them clean inside and out, don't damage them, don't abuse the equipment and have a positive attitude combined with some common sense.. You don't even fuel them up..
Your first day will have you carrying out deliveries with another long term driver beside you to help get you into the swing of things.
