Bremer Stockfeeds are looking for a Truck Driver to become the newest member of our team.
This position is for a HR licensed and experienced heavy vehicle driver to utilise their experience in loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating a heavy vehicle to service our local customers.
This role requires the applicant to have strong customer service skills, presenting as the direct face of Bremer Stockfeeds to our customers.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate problem solving skills and sound communication skills.
In addition, we are looking for a candidate who can present
- HR Truck License with impeccable driving record
- Fork Lift License (desirable)
- 3 years minimum experience operating a heavy vehicle
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws
- Strong mechanical aptitude to carry out minor and preventative maintenance tasks to regularly monitor and maintain vehicle.
- Ability to walk, drive and lift and carry heavy items using correct manual handling processes
Flexible work hours may be required – as may be the requirement to undertake other duties outside of this role appropriate to training and capability.
