Tasks and Responsibilities
- Loading, transportation and delivery of fuels to various customers in New South Wales.
- Overnights may be required some shifts due to locations
- Pre-loading for deliveries
- Perform daily pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment
- Manage fatigue and perform log book duties.
- Develop, grow and maintain good relationships with our customers.
- Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times
- Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions
Skills and Experience
- Valid MC licence (Minimum requirement)
- Existing experience as a professional truck driver with fuel experience preferred
- Dangerous Goods Licence preferred
- SLP License preferred
- Current STOLT, AMPOL and BP inductions rated highly
- Excellent driving history (traffic history report to be provided prior to commencement)
- Good customer service skills and focus, good communication skills both verbal and written and good numeracy skills
- Immediate start
You will need to be safety focused and have a comprehensive understanding of COR and road transport legislation. Rotating shift patterns (including day and night shifts) and a competitive hourly rate are on offer.
A sign-on bonus of $2000 may apply if you are already inducted into major oil fuel terminals after a minimum of 12months service.
Flat Rate – $45 per hour.
