You will be a strong problem solver, process driven with a high level of attention to detail. Prior experience working around concrete plants be it batching, loader operations is essential. Experience in supervising high production concrete sites would be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
Batching concrete
Quoting and dealing with customers daily
Operating the front end loader
Supervising contractors / drivers
General yard work
Light administration duties
Skills & Experience:
Pride yourself on your problem solving skills
Eagle or Command batch systems and computer knowledge would be an advantageous
Driver's license, front end loader and forklift tickets
Knowledge of concrete batching or similar production and advantage
Previous experience leading a small team would be desirable
