We are a reputable Melbourne based removals and storage company who provide various removal, packing and storage services.
This position is responsible for the delivery and collection of furniture and effects to and from our clients.
This is a hands-on job requiring energy and team work.
Every day will be different as every job varies in size and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Loading & unloading vehicles ensuring contents are loaded in correctly
- Assembly and disassembly of furniture as required
- Wrapping furniture using blankets/wrap and securing to truck
- Using trolleys and power tools as required
About you:
- Able to drive HR / MR truck with appropriate license
- Load/unload goods into and out of the truck
- Use correct lifting techniques
- Able to do manual handling and removalist duties when required
- Good work ethic and be reliable
Immediate start for the right candidate.
Hourly rate above award and dependent on experience.
