FULL Time Permanent and Casual Milk Tanker Driver Position Available, Immediate start.
The Opportunity
Blu Logistics Casino is currently looking for an MC driver or someone willing to upgrade to a MC licence to join the team as a full-time or Casual milk tanker driver. You will be collecting milk from farms locally as well as nearby areas such as Grafton and Murwillumbah. Deliveries are generally to factories in Brisbane, Labrador, Lismore. Every shift starts and finishes at the Casino depot.
The automatic prime movers are very modern and all equipment is high quality and well-maintained. Training is thorough and the management team want to see you succeed and enjoy yourself right from the start.
You
To be suited to the role, you’ll need evidence of:
- Current MC license OR willingness to upgrade from HC straight away
- Proven competence with articulated heavy vehicles, preferably b-double or truck and dog
- A safe driving record and clean license history
- Good personal behaviours, including discipline, presentation, hygiene and communication
- A willingness to listen, learn and contribute
- You’ll be working regular 4-on, 2-off rotating rosters covering days, nights and weekends, and some experience working with those types of shifts will be seen favourably.
Note: Tanker experience is NOT essential but a positive and open attitude toward learning and process is.
