Immediate Start! West Milk is a small family owned Milk Company located in Ipswich, Queensland. The position offered will be for a multi-drop delivery driver, full time (salary)for the right applicant
Salary will be discussed on the time of interview
It is a 6 day a week position, (Monday – Saturday) with early morning starts. Must be available to work Saturdays. You will be required to deliver multiple Customer orders of milk, juice and other dairy products daily. Deliveries are to Cafes, Food Stores, Bakeries, Restaurants, etc.
The ideal candidate will be very switched on and have a passion for customer service. You will require at minimum an MR licence and preferably have multi drop experience.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Load your truck with multiple orders (Pre-picked)
- Delivery of milk and dairy products with customer paperwork
- Ensuring customers are happy with delivery and product delivered
- Regular checks on trucks prior to commencement of shift.
- Return all customer paperwork, including communication of any changes or concerns daily to Office Staff
- Collect empty crates at each delivery point
- Unload empty crates at depot
- Maintaining cleanliness of interior of vehicle
Requirements:
- Must hold a current MR Licence (minimum)
- Multi-drop experience preferred but not essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be motivated and well presented
- High level of attention to detail
- Reliable and Hardworking
- Fully Vaccinated(Covid-19)
Other information
This position suits someone who has a positive attitude and isn’t afraid to go the extra mile. This is a 6 day working week position.
Each run has its own starting time which may vary subject to customer needs and demands. Starting times can vary from 12:30am – 2:30am subject to change.
