We are seeking an experienced Medium Rigid Licenced Driver for the approximate 11 week install/dismantle period to help bring the festive season to life! Working at high-end locations, this role offers a great environment and variety of work.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Driving from warehouse to site
- Manoeuvring within tight spaces
- Waiting for loading and unloading to complete
Installation period: October 25th – December 6th, 2019
Dismantle period: December 26th – January 10th, 2019
What we offer:
- Rates start at $30+ph plus super. Experience rewarded.
- Start times will vary, usually between 6pm & 12am. Majority of work is night shifts.
- Install shifts can range from multi-night installations at Shopping Centres of 8-12 hours each night or single night installations of 4-8 hours at CBD Commercial properties.
Must have:
- Your own transport to and from first pickup as public transport may not be available.
- Ability to manoeuvre rig within tight spaces
- An energetic and hardworking attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Commitment to being available for both installation and dismantle periods
- Availability to work nights
- Having own truck is an advantage but not crucial
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $30.00 to $35.00 /hour
Experience:
- driving: 2 years (Preferred)
Licence:
- Driver's Licence (Preferred)
