You will be primarily responsible for driving Truck and Side Tippers to Multi Combination Trucks in and around Gladstone.

You will be primarily responsible for driving Truck and Side Tippers to Multi Combination Trucks in and around Gladstone, Gladstone Port and Central Queensland region. The ability to work locally in Gladstone Monday – Saturday or on a project roster around Central Queensland on a 10/4 or 14/7 schedule.

In order to excel in this position, you must possess the following abilities:
- Prioritise alignment with our company core values.
- Display confidence in backing trucks and trailers into designated spaces.
- Collaborate effectively with the logistics supervisor to facilitate the unloading of trucks and trailers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in hooking up trailers and manoeuvring them around the yard.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Possession of a valid MC license and a minimum of 5 years of proven driving experience.
- Prior experience with truck and side tipper combinations.
- A valid MSIC or the capability to obtain.
- A proven track record of commitment to health and safety practices.
- Capability to pass our Driver Challenge assessment.
- Ability to complete all assigned tasks within specified time frames and adhere to instructions effectively.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Transport & Logistics industry.
- Physical fitness to thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic work environment.
- Reliability and punctuality to ensure consistent performance.
