One Direction Transport is seeking an experienced MC Truck Driver on a permanent, full time basis to service the Darling Downs region. Immediate start available for the right candidate.
You will be required to travel approximately 600kms per day, 300kms fully loaded, returning empty to Toowoomba at the end of each day. You will be towing company trailers, with your assistance to load and unload at each end.
About you:
- Prior experience driving MC vehicles.
- Honest & Reliable.
- Excellent Driving Record.
- Experience working to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong Communication Skillset
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instruction.
- Ensure correct, secure and safe loading of the vehicle.
- Complete and supply mandatory run sheet information.
- Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times.
- Comply with all WHS regulations and remain up to date with current QLD driving legislation.
About the truck:
- Mack Super-liner Road Train.
Requirements of the role:
- A valid MC Drivers licence
- A copy of your driving history report
- A valid White Card
- Working rights for Australia
- A Police Check issued within the last 3 months.
- Two references.
Renumeration is $2400 weekly + $40 daily allowance, 6 loads per week with the opportunity to earn additional income per additional load.
