SBA Transport is a transport company based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. We specialise in general and express freight between Melbourne-Brisbane-Sydney-Melbourne. Loading and Unloading is a requirement of this position.
We currently have on offer, to the right candidates the following positions
A well maintained Big Cab Kenworth for fulltime interstate work.
This will be your designated truck that only you will drive.
With that said we have an expectation that the prime mover will 5000kms per week.
Casual MC licenced change over drivers are also required, these positions may also include some local work.
Fatigue and speed compliance is a must. GPS is fitting to all our equipment and is monitored 24 hours per day.
SBA Transport and our customers have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol in the workplace and employees can be randomly selected for drug and alcohol testing not only by our company but also by our customers.
Award wages are paid in accordance with Road Transport (Long Distance Operations) Award [MA000039]
To apply for this position, you will have a minimum of two years BDouble driving experience, be able to provide three checkable references from previous employers, be clean and tidy and have a professional attitude towards your job. If you are successful with your application you will be required to provide a current licence printout and complete a fitness to drive medical at the expense of the company.
