Opportunities exist for motivated and experienced MC Local Drivers to join our Clients Team located in Eastern Creek.
Our client is a privately owned company with a great culture built on mutual trust and respect with over 35 years in the industry. As a result of recent growth they are looking for quality Drivers. You will need to have had held a MC Licence for a minimum of two years.
To be successful in any of these positions, you must be able to demonstrate and meet the following criteria:
- Hold a current (MC) driving licence for more than one year
- Impeccable driving record history
- Multi-drop/pickup delivery experience
- Experience with refrigerated transport
- An ability to work as part of a team
- A positive can Do attitude
- Experience with accurate completion of related freight and truck paperwork
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver for our 12 PM Shifts at our Eastern Creek depot to set a high standard of customer service as the face of their business
In your role, your duties will include:
- Coupling and uncoupling of trailers
- Ensuring the safe operation of all vehicles in accordance with OH&S requirements
- Forklift duties including loading/unloading of trailers
- Dockhand duties including manual handling
- Work effectively in a team environment
