We are now seeking to give an opportunity to a School leaver for a Junior Depot
Junior Depot hand position in our busy Metal/Automotive Recycling Facitlity.
We require someone with a great attitude, physically fit, reliable and not on drugs for an entry level position in the waste industry which will lead to full time permanent work for the right applicant.
Mechanical aptitude and a knowledge of how to dismantle vehicles will be highly advantageous however attitude is the most important to us and we are happy to train someone who has a great work ethic and attitude.
This job is not glamorous, it is hard work, you will get extremely dirty and often have to work onsite in the sun doing repetitive lifting and other repetitive tasks. As you progress through your career you will begin to fall into more enjoyable roles within the industry but we need someone who is keen, willing and determined to get in on the ground floor and stick it out.
Applicants need not apply if they are scared of a broom, potential overtime or hot working conditions.

Pay rate will be according to Waste Management award 2010.
