Entry level Position available for a Junior Yard Hand in Rocklea, Brisbane Depot.

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Junior Yard Hand to join our team in Rocklea to provide assistance to both the Workshop and Branch. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and is interested in starting their career in the Transport industry. This is an entry level position and for the right candidate there will be career development opportunities available within the business.
Duties
- Ensure Workshop and Warehouse is kept clean, tidy and in order
- Perform any yard and maintenance duties as required
- Wash prime movers, trailers and equipment as directed
- Ensure equipment and materials are available for the day’s activities
- Responsible and accountable for a safe working environment reporting any safety incidents or concerns to the Manager or Supervisor
- Assist the Workshop Manager with any additional tasks
Skills and Experience
- Be able to work alone and as part of a team
- Forklift licence or ability to obtain
- Manual drivers licence
- Ability to comply with company procedures and policies
