Operating a HR Hook lift Driver. Need to be ready to start immediately. Prepared to pass D & A. Able to navigate around Melbourne
1800Drivers is looking for a ready to go Hook Lift Waste Driver for newly created roles since winning a new contract, you will be based out of Epping.You must have good local knowledge of Melbourne. You must be prepared to start asap. Great rate $34.00 an hour
Successful applicants will:
- Maintain a professional presentation as you are representing their business.
- Provide an effective service vacuum pumping, carting and disposing of a range of Liquid waste including septics and grease traps;
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicle and /or equipment as and when required;
- Maintain a high standard of presentation of the vehicle, inside and out; and
- Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Contribute in a positive way to protecting and maintaining public health and the local environment
- Maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
- Attend to basic maintenance of vehicles.
- Maintain a clean operating vehicle.
- Day-to-day documentation maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence or higher
- Previous HR truck driving experience (preferable) around Melbourne and have good local knowledge.
- Ability in passing a D & A test
