Liberty Rural Bowen is seeking a Full-Time driver for Work in the Locally in Bowen.
Driving our diverse range of vehicles & Trucks completing Rail Deliveries and Customer site Deliveries in the local Bowen area.
This Position will include but not limited to driving a range of Vehicles from Manual Utility’s to Medium Rigid trucks, Thru to HR and Heavy Combination Fuel Tankers.
We’re looking for someone that’s ready to take on the Challenges in a new industry where all Training and Licencing is provided to the correct applicant. All we ask for you to bring are the following attributes.
- Heavy Combination preferred but Heavy Rigid licence considered for the right applicant.
- Willingness to Listen & learn.
- Ability to Speak to customers and build customer relationships.
- Passion & Drive
- Be self-Motivated and able to work Unsupervised.
- Be able to demonstrate commitment to safety and health practices.
- Ability to work in Team Environment.
- Basic mathematical skills needed.
- Basic knowledge using Handheld electronic devices (Mobile phone programs)
- Ability to follow SOP’s & Instructions set out by Management.

The Role
- Successfully and safely deliver Provisioning to Rail Contractors Including Sand, Water Oil & Petroleum products.
- 24 Hour on Call Shifts included in Weekly Roster.
- Shift roster Including Weekends and Nights. (Roster pattern decided on Applicants abilities)
- Start and end your shift in Bowen.

Due to current growth, we are recruiting for a delivery driver to join the Liberty team, working on a rotating Roster including, Call Out Sifts, Rotating 12hr Day & Night Shifts successful applicant will be based in Bowen. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible to load and deliver Provisions including sand, water, Oil & bulk fuel to Rail Contracts and surrounding farms, and other commercial businesses. All Training will be provided and supported.
