Position on offer at South or West side of Brisbane with Barnes Auto Co, the oldest dedicated heavy vehicle towing and salvage business in Australia.
This position suits some one who is looking for a hands on and versatile role. With experience and time, you will be given the opportunity to learn to tow from broken down trucks, recovering vehicles/machinery from bogs to assisting in a heavy vehicle rollover in a major traffic accident.
The Role:
- Full-time permanent position
- Guaranteed hours and long standing company and staff
- Driving and operation of heavy towing vehicles
- Diverse and well-maintained fleet
- Full training program for the successful applicant
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of a HC driving experience and licence
- General mechanical knowledge an advantage
- Previous towing experience is not required, training on our requirements and techniques will be provided.
Applicants must have the space to park a truck at home (or live within 15 minutes of Coopers Plains if you are unable to park at home). Southern/Western Side of Brisbane is preferred for this position.
