Seeking a full time HC OR MC Truck Driver to transfer inventory been our state branches.
Established in 1937, Acrow is a national company which is well known for supplying Formwork and Scaffolding products across all Major Civil, Commercial, and Industrial projects in Australia. Due to continued growth and an increasing need to transfer inventory been state branches we are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team operating either Semi or B-Double trucks between our branches on a weekly basis.
About the role
- The position is ideally based out of Revesby NSW (Head Office for Acrow) – but we can consider Brisbane or Melbourne
- Working days will be Monday to Friday working on the east coast doing interstate transfers with the occasional trip to Adelaide.
- Typically, 3-4 nights away from home.
To be suitable you must be:
- Minimum 2 years driving experience preferably doing interstate type work
- OH&S and Construction induction (white card)
- Ability to manage your time and work with minimal supervision.
- Reliable and hardworking attitude with good communication skills
- Current drivers’ licence – MUST HAVE HC or MC truck licence.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of, and ability to resolve and fix issues
- Customer-focused and able to work in a collaborative team
- Ability to be flexible with work performed and changing schedules
- Focus on safety and quality
- Willing to produce evidence of Covid-19 vaccination (if successful).
