Bigmeats is a 100% family owned and operated business, we are a privately owned multi species processing abattoirs located 5kms out of Biggenden. 1 Hour from Bundaberg. Biggenden Meatworks has a fleet of their own trucks and trailers. Which deliver meat along the east coast. Bigmeats also has four Cold Store Warehouses located in Biggenden, Bundaberg, Far North Queensland and Hemmant, Brisbane.
BigMeats has a position available for a clean, enthusiastic and fit HC/ MC driver/ Meat Lumper for immediate start.
This Position:
The available position offers a great opportunity to join our growing business and be part of a positive and energetic team. Must be reliable and efficient. A successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical check and a national crime check. You will be required to follow a dispatch map and unload to our approved customers. The right candidate will go through adequate training to teach correct lifting techniques to assist with carcass and boxed meat deliveries. Heavy Combination license is a minimal essential.
We are seeking a driver based out of Sunshine Coast.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Ensure vehicle is clean and refueled at the end of every run.
keep records in accordance with Bigmeats Procedures
Maintain a high and established personal hygiene.
Unload customer orders at required allocation.
Understanding of truck and ability to report any issues.
General maintenance.
Requirements & Benfits:
