Experienced HC driver required for deliveries between Brisbane and Northern NSW. Forklift Licence required.
JKW Logistics is an emerging transport company based near Tweed Heads. We work with customers to provide end-to-end freight solutions, both locally and interstate.
We are looking for experienced HC drivers to transport general freight between Brisbane and Northern NSW.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Day to day operation of prime mover, flat top trailer and moffett forklift
- Daily Prestart checks on vehicle
- Complying with coupling & uncoupling trailers and tug test procedures
- Adhering to all relevant OH&S procedures / requirements.
The successful applicant must have:
- Unrestricted HC licence with good driving record
- Forklift licence and moffett experience
- Vehicle loader crane experience preferred but not essential
- Construction white card
- Load restraint competancy
- A good understanding of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
- A good work ethic and positive attitude
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
