Cahill Transport is a family owned transport company and a general logistics service provider with strategically placed depots across Australia. We provide a quality range of services including interstate and local transportation, warehousing and wharf cartage.
We are currently seeking experienced HC drivers to join our organisation based in our Brisbane (Lytton) Depot doing Intra State work. You will be required to do set runs within Country Queensland including but not limited to Bunderberg to Rockhampton, Maryborough and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Current licence HC
- Current license history report
- BFM accreditation is a must
- Clean and tidy presentation
- Will have a positive and proactive attitude to get things done
- Team player with good communication skills
- Will have a good eye for detail
- Will have an understanding of Work Health & Safety and Chain of Responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Safely transporting freight to and from required destinations
- Safely moving vehicles & trailers around the depot
- Perform a pre-trip inspection on prime mover & trailers
- Ability to apply correct load restraint to freight
