This role is looking for that person who has a keen eye for detail, dedicated to customer service and can consistently meet deadlines.
The primary objective of the Fleet Controller – Dispatch is to maintain effective administrative processes that enable the timely and cost-effective delivery of products ordered by customers. This involves working closely with customers and drivers to schedule deliveries while proactively maintaining relationships and managing constant change.
Key responsibilities will include:
Liaising with drivers’ set runs
Dealing with customers and be able to coordinate requirements
Dedication to delivering first class customer service
Ability to work within a team and contribute to meeting team goals
Ability to use a two way radio
Good organization skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
$33.80 Per Hour + Penalties + Super –
