MDH Transport is currently seeking a FIFO Transport Supervisor to join our team at our Karratha facility.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of transport operations, encompassing load planning and Fatigue Management. Previous experience in the mining services and civil haulage sectors would be highly valued. Proficiency in utilizing a range of computer-based programs is essential.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Regular communication with customers and company director and office staff
- Coordinate with drivers and sub-contractors to ensure site compliance
- Uphold adherence to Fatigue Management and compliance requirements at all times.
- Coordinate maintenance of equipment
- Manage and oversee transport of operators to and from Airport
- Ensure timely and secure loading of trucks to meet departure, full load, and customer requirements.
- Driver training of new to site employees
