We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED MC operators for our North West Branch based in Port Hedland. We are engaging people on both Residential and FIFO rosters (2:1 or 4:2).
To allow us to get the ‘right fit’ for our team, MGM have developed a training program that is designed to upskill experienced MC Operators to safely operate Quad, Super Quad and Ultra Quad Roadtrains.
We strive to maintain a strong safety culture and as such you need to be committed to operating in a safe manner whilst adhering to company and client policies and procedures at all times.

MC Operators joining our team MUST treat our equipment with care and respect, think on their feet, show particular attention to detail when completing their paperwork and be able to successfully follow instructions.

- Provide solid employment references (from supervisors, not colleagues)
- Supply a national police clearance and drivers licence history check (no more than 6 months old)
- Be able to pass a commercial drivers medical (including drug and alcohol screening)
