Our Client delivers goods and freight to their customers all over Australia, with depots in all major cities. They provide a high quality range of services to their customers.
We are seeking highly skilled and professional MC Drivers to join our Clients team and be part of the exciting growth within this company in both Local and Linehaul drivers based in Craigieburn, Melbourne. Be with a company who offer good hours with plenty of OT and good pay for your hard work. They recognised all the hard work and commitment of their drivers. They have multiple runs available to suit anyone’s family/life style. If you enjoy local or distance this company has something to offer you. They are casual positions to begin with ongoing hours.
Specific Duties include but are not limited to:

Linehaul work between Melbourne – Brisbane, Sydney – Adelaide

Changeovers available / Local Metro runs
-
Daily pre starts and checks and Daily runs sheets completed
-
Adhering to all company and customers OH & S legislative requirements
-
Adhering to expectations as set out with 1800DRIVERS
-
Ongoing role for right candidate with potential to go permanent. Put your best foot forward!
What you have:
-
MC Licence and relevant experience
-
Night driving and Interstate linehaul driving experience would be advantegous
-
Excellent communication written and interpersonal skills
-
Able to meet deadlines of set delivery runs
-
A good understanding of load restraints and loading and unloading of general freight
-
Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility & Road Transport Legislation.

Customer Service Focus and be great with paperwork!
