Based in Creswick – just outside of Ballarat, GDP Transport is a third-generation transport business with small business values and a commitment to both Customer and Employee satisfaction.
Specialising in Container, Grain and Fertiliser transport, we have a modern and well-maintained fleet of B-Double Tipper and B-Double and A-Double Skel combinations.
Ongoing, full-time positions are currently available in both our Bulk and Container freight divisions.
If you are an experienced MC driver with a can-do, positive attitude and a passion for the transport industry, you could be just who we are looking for!
Successful applicants will have:
- Current and unrestricted MC licence (please do not apply if you do not meet the minimum licence requirement).
- Safe driving record and a commitment to creating and maintaining a safe work environment. A current VicRoads, 5-year Demerit and Conviction report must be supplied.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
Highly regarded skills and qualifications:
- MSIC – Maritime Security Identification Card (must be willing to obtain)
- Grain/Fertiliser Tipper loading
- Previous wharf delivery experience
- Sideloader
- Forklift/High Risk Work Licence
