What does the job look like?
You may work either AM or PM Shifts, Weekends or Weekdays, there are a variety of options. Your hours of work will be monitored in line with fatigue guidelines but can be up to 4 – 6 hour shifts with the opportunity to work split shifts on some days.
We are seeking friendly, safety focused, Customer Service Agents, to operate small trucks (C Class Licence Automatic only) delivering groceries face to face to customers’ homes and small businesses.
Key areas:
- Providing excellent customer service and presenting a positive self-image
- Monitoring the loading of your vehicle at the retail dock and on the road
- Safely unpacking and hand delivering a variety of products directly to consumer (between 15 – 30 deliveries per shift)
- Maintaining your allocated vehicle and performing inspections to assure vehicles road safety
- Be fit and hold the current licenses and clearances required to perform the role at all times
What are we looking for?
- C Class Australian Drivers Licence, valid and current
- Excellent customer engagement and strong communication skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Ability to safely handle products up to 15kg
- Confidence with mobile app technology
- Be able to provide documents such as police clearance, driving history and rights to work in Australia
