Temporary to Permanent Position Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm Exciting Transport and Logistics Role Immediate Start

The Customer Service Team Member role involves:
Resolution of customer queries swiftly and accurately.
Ability to handle high volumes able to work well under pressure using your resilience.
Be diligent, self-reliant and punctual.
Have an eye for detail to work on computer systems.
Data entry – attention to detail critical.
Scanning and entering paperwork into in house systems.
Assisting with filing
About You:
The successful applicant would have to have an administrative background. Previous experience in the transport and logistics industry is highly regarded.
To be successful for this role:
Be able to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment
Have excellent time management skills
Have exceptional planning and organisational skills
Have a positive attitude with the willingness to learn
Be a team player
Have a genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer
