– Relocation of machinery and goods local and interstate concentrating on complex and time
sensitive moves as well as oversized loads.

– Loading and unloading goods with the truck crane and forklift, using slings, roll attachment
for lifting long rolls, vacuum lift attachment for lifting 9m long composite panels and using
extra wide tyne attachment for loading portable buildings.

– Designed and built large format innovative modular manufacturing production machinery for modular buildings.

– Designed and built the shipping platforms for modular buildings this included volumetric
buildings and flat pack buildings. Designed and built a stuffing rig to stuff 45-40-20ft
containers with flatpack stillages.

– Organised shipping for volumetric products to overseas locations. This work included
organising local transport, liaison with the port, shipping agents and providing handling
procedures to the customers.!

– Worked directly with international customers to understand their requirements and find
workable solutions that could be supplied by the company.

Shanghai!

– Launched a trading and manufacturing company, developing bespoke building products
including stainless steel strip drainage and lighting systems.!

– Achieved the first export of these innovative systems to the U.S., securing patents for a new
integrated strip lighting system.!
