We have experienced considerable growth and are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to manage a friendly and energetic team.

About the opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high energy role, requiring a good degree of leadership and forward management. Start early and finish early including a shift on Saturday.

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Ensure the warehouse runs efficiently and the operation adheres to KPIs as set out by management
• Making sure delivery runs leave the warehouse according to a strict time schedule
• Inventory & quality management
• Supervision of 10+ staff
• Ensure a clean, tidy and organised working environment to aid operational efficiency
• Ensure team members and trained in and follow safe work practices
• Monitor essential tools and equipment, ensuring they are all in good working order
• Aid in the completion of weekly rosters
• Assist in the continuance of a harmonious workplace
• Hands-on training and mentoring new staff

Skills to excel in this role:

• At least three years in a similar role
• Forklift and Driver license
• Experience with Fresh Produce highly advantageous
• Experience managing a team of at least 10 people
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $25.00 to $32.00 /hour
