Truck Driver/Labourer ( The School Locker )

The School Locker is seeking an experienced Truck Delivery Driver/ Warehouse All rounder to work in our established distribution centre located in Auburn.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self motivated individual who is willing to help with various tasks as part of a small and productive warehouse team.

Responsibilities:
• Driving a 4.5Tonne curtainsider truck – C class licence
• Local deliveries between warehouses in Sydney metro area
• Cleaning and maintenance of vehicle including vehicle log book
• Loading and unloading of truck including hand unloading
• Picking and Packing of products for Customer Orders
• Preparation of stock for distribution to Store Locations
• Movement and replenishment of stock between warehouse sites

The successful applicants will ideally possess:
• A minimum 2 years truck driving experience with tail lift experience
• Experience working with local Sydney metro deliveries
• Current Forklift licence
• Over 21 years old due to insurance coverage
• Solid work and driving history is required
• Reliable, punctual and self motivated team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferable
• An ongoing commitment to providing excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding and regard to WH&S
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment to meet daily deadlines
• Must be able to get Working with Children clearance
