Atkins Removals and Storage is a proud family owned and operated business.
Operating in Launceston for over 50 years, our friendly team of removalists take great pride in carefully moving furniture and special effects for clients across Tasmania and mainland destinations.
About the role
We are currently seeking experienced MR, HR and HC drivers to service our customers.
Based in our Rocherlea depot your responsibilities will include loading and unloading furniture with an offsider around Tasmania and transporting goods to and form our warehouse.
There will be opportunities for overtime and potentially interstate travel.
Work is Monday to Friday (no weekend work), the hours and days will be varied dependent on jobs at the time.

Skills and experience
-You must hold a valid MR, HR or HC licence and have a good driving history with a minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in the furniture industry.
-You must have at least basic reading and writing skills
-You must be physically fit, strong, co-ordinated and energetic
-You must understand the importance of excellent customer service
