Coordinating and organising restaurant operations, ensuring the smooth running and profitability at the restaurant.

Planning the menus in consultation with Owner and Chefs.

Organising special functions.

Setting budget and arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods accordingly.

Tracking and maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.

Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene and safety in accordance with government legislation.

Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are functional, clean and suitable appearance.

Proven feedback to management and designing strategy to improve service and products quality.

Meeting and greeting customers, organising table reservations and assisting in taking orders.

Building positive and sustainable relationships with suppliers and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $56,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
