Job Summary
We are a fruit and vegetable wholesale business based inside the markets at Rocklea. We are currently seeking a picker/packer/delivery driver for 3 days per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
You will need to have a current MR drivers licence with at least 2 years experience and a current forklift ticket.
As there is a lot of heavy lifting involved, you will need to be fit and strong without any back issues.
We are seeking someone that is very reliable and is not afraid of hard work. The successful applicant must be punctual and enthusiastic.
This is NOT a holiday job, this is an ongoing job and for the right applicant, the days and hours could be increased.
Responsibilities and Duties
Upon arriving at work, you are given your customers picking slips for the day, you pick the orders, pack them and go and deliver them to the customers.
You need to be well presented, well mannered, work very fast and accurate.
You also need to be a team player.
Qualifications and Skills
I would prefer someone with some similar work experience, however, not essential, just a good attitude, a willingness to work hard is essential.
You will need to hold an MR truck licence and a forklift ticket.
