No two days in this position is the same. You could be helping set up major events such as the Spring Racing Carnival, Australian Open Tennis & Australian Grand Prix, or being the key contact within your team working together to achieve unforgettable events for our clients.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Check picked orders against picking slips accurately
- Deliver & pick up items in a professional manner
- Able to work unsupervised
- Maintain a professional work ethic
To be successful for this role, you must have: **
- Current MR license
- Attention to detail
- Must speak fluent English
- Fit and able
- Experience in a similar role a bonus (removals)
- Must be a team leader
- Embrace our growing, dynamic and multi-cultural work culture
It is essential that the successful applicant have a current MR license, be well presented, physically fit, have good communication skills, and be able to represent Dann Event Hire in a professional manner. Previous experience in furniture delivery would be a definite advantage, however not essential. We have a lot of work, and need people who are flexible and able to work overtime. Above all, we are after people with a good positive attitude to their work. This is a casual position, starting between $25 – $30 per hour depending on experience, with the possibility of going full time.
