We are currently seeking drivers with a minimum Light Rigid (LR) NSW license, (MR preferred) and a current NSW Bus Driver Authority who is ready to start now. Where experience may be an advantage, we are more focused on finding the right fit for us, a driver who is passionate about their work and committed to further enhancing our reputation of first class customer care. As a driver for Here To There Coaches, you are the face of the company, you at the forefront of the our workforce and as such you will be the key to providing high quality and safe transport to our clients.
This is an exciting and rewarding position, primarily working in the airport transfers and cruise ship transfer areas, the vast majority of our clients are either excited to be going on a holiday, or excited about the places they have been.
In addition to this, we do service corporate clients, and private charters as well.
Presently, we are offering casual positions to successful applicants. The position will require the successful applicants to work a combination of early morning, late night, weekdays and weekends.
Hours are flexible, due to the nature of the work. Whilst the position is for a driver, it is also a customer service role, and our drivers are responsible for presenting a clean and tidy vehicle to our passengers at all times.
The Person
To be successful in these roles you'll need:
- A minimum of an unrestricted LR license and a current NSW Bus Driver Authority.
- An MR License will be beneficial, opening up further opportunities within the organisation
- Flexibility to work at various times of the day and night, weekdays and weekends as required
- Ability to drive safely and follow simple instructions
- It is essential that the successful applicants speak English clearly and in a manner that can easily be understood.
- Previous airport shuttle bus experience could be advantageous, however we can teach that, we cannot teach attitude, so your approach to the job is even more important than your previous experience.
The ability to work well under pressure and deal with Sydney traffic in a calm manner is also essential, as is the need to have strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
