MC Truck Driver ( Titan Cranes and Rigging )

Titan Cranes are looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join the team. The primary purpose of this role is to safely transport plant and equipment from one destination to the next .
Responsibilities and Duties are as follows;
- Take directions from the Logistics Supervisor in regards to instructions and work schedule
- Drive the Truck to transport and deliver plant and equipment
- Maintains Truck log books according to state and federal legislations
- Keep a record of plant and equipment transported for each trip
- Ensure loads are within correct load weight range for transportation
- Position blocks and tie rope around items to secure load and ensure safe for transportation
- Inspect and arrange for the maintenance of the vehicle on a daily basis
- Keep the Truck clean and tidy at all times
- Obtain client signature for pick up and drop off of plant and/or equipment
- Assist in the loading and unloading of the Truck to ensure no damage to goods in this process
- Maintain safe driving record at all times
- Advise plant manager immediately of any incidents or occurrences
- Take responsibility for safe work area and ensure all appropriate PPE is used at all time
- Attending meetings both internal and external as required
- Be flexible with working hours
Qualifications Required:
- Heavy Vehicle License with good driving record – MC minimum requirement
