JS TRANSPORT GROUP ( SEPOS ) is a well known family owned and operated Hunter Valley based transport business which has been servicing the poultry industry for over 40 years.
We are currently seeking a Newcastle based B Double feed truck driver to drive one of our 23 late model Western Star prime movers on a permanent run. Week usually starts on a Sunday lunchtime ex Inghams feedmill at Cardiff and consists of 2-3 deliveries per week to chicken farms located in Casino, Beaudesert , Toowoomba and Hemmant Qld with all trucks arriving home by lunchtime on a Friday. Drivers on this run average 4500 kms week .
This position requires the delivery of 5-6 loads of chicken feed per fortnight . Each trip will include backloading from grain silos ex Moree or the liverpool plains. Training , uniforms and a mobile phone is supplied.
Weekly truck washing and servicing is also supplied at our Cardiff depot .
Annual drivers wages on this job regularly exceed $105000 per year .
