Job Summary:

Drive vehicles in order to transport materials to and from specified destinations, using the most practical and time efficient route.

Key Duties will include but not limited to:

• Drive vehicles in order to transport materials to and from specified destinations, using the most practical and time efficient route.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as fuel, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes in order to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
• Obey traffic laws, and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
• Ensure vehicle loading / unloading in done in a safe manner, as per customers procedures.
• Ensure load is restrained, as per load restraint guidelines.

The minimum requirements for this role are:

• Minimum 5 years local driving experience.
• Sound knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding areas.
• Bulk DG licence (Preferable).
• Forklift licence (Preferable)
• Experience with NHVAS Mass & Maintenance management.
• Knowledge of driving hours and completing work diary.
• Have good communication skills and presentation.
