R&s Bulk Haulage, a well established company and prides its self in delivering goods as allocated in a timely and efficent manner.
We are looking for an experienced truck driver to serve our supply chain logistics department in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Follow national safety large truck regulations and standards
- Should have road ranger transmission experience
- Maintain vehicle equipment
- Accurately follow maps and directions for time efficient routes
- Plan routes to meet delivery schedules
- Confirm inventory matches shipping documents
- Refuel vehicle and check/replace oil as needed
- Inspect truck daily for damage or maintenance problems (tire wear, dents, etc.)
- Report any accidents or vehicle issues encountered while driving to supervisors
- Clean windows, windshields, and mirrors as needed
- Keep interior of vehicle clean of debris and clutter
- Manoeuvre truck and cargo into a variety of parking spaces and loading docks
- Supervise loading and unloading of cargo off truck
Truck Driver Requirements and Qualifications
- Work is based around Blacktown and Rooty Hill area.
- HC driver licence required
- Two (2) years' previous truck driving experience
- Proficient at driving, manoeuvring, and parking large vehicles.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills required
Above market wage and flexible working hours.
