About the role:
We are seeking experienced, reliable and adaptable HC drivers to join our full-time truck driving team, based at our Glendenning headquarters.
You will be responsible for the safe transporting of excavated and demolished materials from site, predominately throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area.
Your responsibilities include:
· Delivery of vehicle loads in accordance with axle weight tolerance
· Conduct daily check of allocated vehicle and report any maintenance and repair required
· Completion of documentation associated with the collection and deliveryof excavated and demolished materials
· Clean and tidy presentation of your vehicle
· Treatment of clients and the general public in a courteous and professional manner at all times
You will possess the following:
· Heavy combination (HC) truck licence
· Experience with driving manual 18 speed Road ranger gearbox
· OH&S induction for construction industry (White Card)
· Heavy vehicle experience is preferred
· Safe driving record
· Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant transport laws and regulations
· A flexible attitude
